To get started, log into our Agenda Builder website with your gartner.com password. Look for the polling icon next to the sessions where polling will take place or click here to see an entire listing.

To access presentations given at the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Management Summit, please follow the instructions below:
Please note you need to sign in to Agenda Builder with your gartner.com user ID and password to access the documentation. If you do not have a gartner.com user ID and password, click here to create one.
• On the homepage, follow the link under "Get The Most From Your Event" to enter the documentation key*
• Select the "Sessions" tab from the top navigation bar to view session listings
• Click on the "Download All" button
• A zip file of all available presentations will be downloaded to your computer
• After extracting the zip file please refer to the included readme file
• Presentations added to "Your Agenda" will be outlined in the readme file
• All available presentations will show in PDF view
• Documentation may not be available for all sessions
*The documentation key was sent out to you in the pre-event e-mail from the Gartner Registration Team. If you have fully paid your registration fee and did not recieve the documentation key, please contact gartner.events@gartner.com.
