Jennifer Beck is a group vice president and research fellow emeritus, reporting to Peter Sondergaard, SVP, Research. She leads the Business of IT Research Group, which includes Program and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process, Emerging Trends and Gartner Invest. She specializes in strategic marketing and business strategies and company reinvention. She offers advice to providers on how to create more-reliable, cost-effective solutions for end users. Ms. Beck has keynoted Gartner conferences and most recently conducted a panel on "digital natives" at the Spring Symposium closing keynote. She's a veteran in the IT services industry and has developed a series of workshops and planning tools to help providers develop corporate identity and branding initiatives, growth blueprints, partner strategies, go-to-market programs, and service sales models.
