With more than twenty five years of development, Ken has a comprehensive background in Auditing, Information Technology, and Finance.
Prior to joining the County, Ken worked for Arthur Young & Company, CPA’s, AT&T’s (SCB) General Internal Audits., BellSouth Enterprises, Inc., RAM Mobile Data Inc., and Link Telecommunications, LTD.
Ken has a MS from the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from the University of Alabama and a BS from Birmingham-Southern College. He is also a CISA, CIA and CMA. He is Vice President of the San Diego IIA Chapter, past Chair off the California Audit Chiefs, and a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors.
