Michele Caminos is a vice president with Gartner Technology and Service Provider Research, where she is part of the small and midsize business (SMB) group, covering Asia/Pacific. Key research areas include vendor strategies, packaged offerings and user demands within the SMB market segment. Ms. Caminos is also responsible for understanding how to sell SMB services through the channel in the region. On a global level, Ms. Caminos is the lead for IT services for SMBs.
