Sign on to Agenda Builder using either your gartner.com username and password, or by using the e-mail address you used to register for this event along with your registration confirmation number as your password.
Select the "Sessions" tab from the top navigation bar to view session listings
Click on the "Download All" button
A zip file of all available presentations will be downloaded to your computer
After extracting the zip file please refer to the included readme file
Presentations added to "Your Agenda" will be outlined in the readme file
All available presentations will show in PDF view

Pre-event registration for all Gartner Analyst One-on-One Meetings and Analyst/User Roundtables has now closed.
All further bookings should be made on-site at the Gartner Analyst One-on-One Booking Desk. On Sunday 1 November, the desk will be located on Level 0 of the Palais des Festivals. From Monday 2 November onwards, the desk will be located on Level -1.
On-site bookings will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to availability. You can browse the full listing of Gartner Analyst/User Roundtables before coming on-site.

Clicking on the "Track" tab and selecting a track title will show you all sessions aligned to that specific track.
You can also view the full list of speakers and current sponsors by clicking on the links along the top of the homepage.
To create your own personal event agenda, click on the "Add" button to the left of the session listing. You can then view and ammend your personal agenda by clicking on the "My Agenda" tab at the top of the page. Please note that times, dates and room locations are subject to change.
