 The presentation will overview SPE IT’s organizational transformation during the last several years. Steve will provide a brief background on the Sony Picture Entertainment businesses. The discussion will then focus on three key transformational drivers: a) the need to improve IT credibility whilst establishing clear alignment with an expanding global entertainment business; b) digital media and a need to revamp the pipeline; c) old challenges and new ways to get there; architecture, governance and SOE as a foundation. |
