Operations Director, Transcom worldwide

Born in Madrid in 1972, studied Computer science in Madrid and a MBA in London Business School.
I started to work for Price Waterhouse Coopers after University in Madrid. Later I moved to Dublin and London working in consultancy and focusing on the Financial Industry (Banking, Insurance, and Cash Collections) for over eleven years before moving to Transcom.
In the last 3 years I have been responsible for global BPO Operations at Transcom and I am the owner of the BPM Program.
