John founded Pallas Athena in 1993 as a consultancy company to help organisations improve their performance with focus on process management. He investigated the first wfm software on the market for insurance companies. Later he transformed Pallas Athena into a software company where he translated his ideas into innovations. He introduced case-handling capabilities and is the creator of process mining. His passion for process management made him a visionary always looking for practical solutions. Now, 15 years later John is CEO of a fast growing BPM company serving thousands of clients with software that continues to make a difference.
