Martin Reichenbach
Martin Reichenbach has been head of client services at the Degussa Bank since October 2006. In addition to account management, this area comprises call center, security paper-, payment transaction- and trade processing, internal logistics as well as complaints management. With eleven years as a department and project manager at the Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for the development of subsidiary applications and multiple major projects in the area of subsidiary- and internet banking. Previously, he worked at Nixdorf being responsible for projects concerning different German and European major banks. He has a Degree in Information Technology of the Technical University Darmstadt.
