Jos Wieleman succesfully invented and implemented innovations in Treasury, Asset Liability Management, Risk and Finance during his working period within ABN AMRO bank since 1976. In 2005 he defined the value case for Business Process Management within ABN AMRO bank and became head of BPM Solutions department to make the bank a more process-oriented enterprise. His teams started a number of initiatives to more effectively link the Business and IT by extending the BPM capabilities to better align the architectures, methods and cultures in the separated worlds of the business, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management and IT. They realize above normal profit per FTE and ROI.
