Declan McKibben is the Application Portfolio Manager at RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster.
Reporting to Group Head of IT, Declan is responsibile for
• Setting IT Policy and standards for the selection and deployment of Software Applications
• Exploiting existing and planned software applications through re-use within and across divisions
• Providing assistance for business users in articulation of requirements and identification of potential software solutions.
Declan holds a Higher Diploma in Technology Management (2001) and an MBA (2005) from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Dublin.
