Eddy has 20 years of experience in performing BPM related projects, both as a consultant and as an internal practitioner, including developing and facilitating workshops and training. He has been working as a project leader and internal management consultant at Fortis Bank (Brussels) and as a business consultant and manager at Cap Gemini.
In 2000, he founded Ideas@Work, a Belgian consulting company specialized in BPM related services (projects, methods, training, coaching).
He is a guest teacher at the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School and the EPM management program of UWE (Union Wallonne des Entreprises).
