Janice Cowley has held numerous leading global roles managing change and operational optimization in the financial services industry. Janice is currently employed by SCOR Reinsurance, and holds responsibility for operational improvement and transformation through process optimization. Before joining SCOR, Janice managed large global change programmes for blue-chip investment banks in Zurich, London and Basel.
Janice, a native New Zealander, qualified from Victoria University of Wellington with a business degree in commercial law, tax accounting and management. Janice holds post graduate certifications in project and process management.
