Fadi Hindi
Mr. Fadi Hindi is the Head of Strategic IT Planning & Enterprise Architecture for Dubai Customs. Mr. Hindi has eighteen years of consulting experience in implementing large scale projects across multiple business units in different industries. Mr. Hindi was awarded the SOA Vision award in 2006 from CPI in recognition of his efforts to successfully implement SOA to realize eServices for Dubai eGovernment.

Hindi is one of the founders of the Integration Consortium (www.integrationconsortium.org) and is the Middle-East Vice-Chair for the consortium. Among other responsibilities at the Consortium, he chairs the Business Value Realization (BVR) committee and is actively involved in assisting industries realize how business integration can assist them in reaching their business objectives.

Hindi’s industry experience includes a comprehensive working experience of business processes and strategies in the life sciences, manufacturing, financial services industries, and now government. Hindi has practical expertise in business and technical strategy development, Enterprise Architecture (EA) and global systems’ deployment for the purpose of business benefit realization.
