Because BPM brings significant cultural change to any organization, change management -- or organizational readiness -- is a critical tool to apply. Enterprise cultures vary widely, and so do the opportunities and plans for BPM adoption. This panel will describe direct experiences of achieving change to support BPM -- what works, what does not and how to go about determining the best approach in your particular circumstances.
