NEW - You can now download the attendee list using the same download procedure as for presentation slides. All you need to do is enter your documentation key from the Agenda Builder home page. You should have received your documentation key in a pre-event email, as well as in your conference bag.

To access to presentations given at the Business Process Management Summit, please follow the instructions below:
Please note you need to sign in to Agenda Builder with your gartner.com user ID and password to access the documentation. If you do not have a gartner.com user ID and password, one can be created here: https://www.gartner.com/0_admin/RegUserInfo.jsp
• On the homepage, follow the link under "Get The Most From Your Event" to enter the documentation key*
• Select the "Sessions" tab from the top navigation bar to view session listings
• Click on the "Download All" button
• A zip file of all available presentations will be downloaded to your computer
• After extracting the zip file please refer to the included readme file
• Presentations added to "Your Agenda" will be outlined in the readme file
• All available presentations will show in PDF view
• Documentation may not be available for all sessions
*The documentation key was sent out to you in the pre-event e-mail from the Gartner Registration Team. If you have fully paid your registration fee and did not recieve the documentation key, please contact gartner.events@gartner.com.
