You will have an opportunity to participate in an exciting crisis management exercise that will take you through a simulated disaster – the next best thing to being there. All conference participants will take part in this 2 ½ hour crisis management workshop, and each participant will play a role in four different situations as the crisis – a power outage in Chicago – unfolds over a day and half in the life of a food distribution company. To learn even more about how a regional disaster needs to be managed – ChicagoFirst will be on hand to provide input into the public/private partnership issues that every organization needs to understand. This is a highly interactive learning and practice session, and you will be part of a team that is challenged to make quick, viable decisions as senior managers. |
