Analyst/User Roundtable Rules & Guidelines
* Attendees may attend up to two Analyst/User Roundtables. * Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins will be allowed. * Places are limited to two people per company. * These sessions are reserved for end-users only.
An end-user is defined as an employee in charge of evaluating, purchasing, or managing certain IT resources, products and services for their organization's internal usage. Typically it is someone who works in the IT/IS department or is otherwise charged with driving some of their internal IT decisions. In a vendor or consulting organization, only someone working on internal IT activities is considered an end-user. Examples include CIO, VP of IT, IS Manager, Enterprise Architect, Application Development Manager and Data Center Manager.
Gartner reserves the right to determine whether a particular attendee is an end-user or not. |
