 Governing and Managing Application Organizations Applications represent at least half of most IT budgets. Although governance is often used, it's also poorly defined. If the applications organization is to run as a business, it must have a set of common governance frameworks and processes to allow consistently effective allocation of resources, and a set of management practices to 'live' them. |
