 Research shows that most enterprises have a culture that emphasizes costs and benefits estimation for potential investments, but much less emphasis is placed on the subsequent delivery of the expected benefits. This can be much improved by focusing more on making the business benefits more meaningful in the pre-project stage through a set of agreed upon key performance indicators and metrics that tie back to the business case and its stated benefits. This sessions explores ways to achieve this. |
