Most recent role as Vice-President of Development and Application Support for KHE (Kaplan Higher Education). Current duties include designing, building and supporting all internal software and ERP applications. In addition, have responsibilities for the following functional areas: business analysis, software engineering, user interface, user experience, information architecture, HTML, web development, content management, database systems, data-warehouse/business intelligence, quality assurance, release, configuration management and the support of all internally built applications though a near-shore partner.
