Michael Montonen is a vice president in Gartner Consulting North America, where he serves as an office leader responsible for sales and delivery of Gartner Consulting's services in the Southwest and Mexico. Mr. Montonen is also a leader within Gartner's Strategic Sourcing Group, which advises clients on all aspects of the outsourcing life cycle for IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. Mr. Montonen has a leadership role in building Gartner's business process outsourcing (BPO) business, including HR, finance and accounting, procurement, and call centers.
