Ted Chamberlin is a Research Director at Gartner, where he is part of the Network/Infrastructure group. His research focuses on the emerging communication services MPLS, IP-VPN and Metro Ethernet, Hosted IP telephony, as well as traditional carrier voice and data services. Mr. Chamberlin also covers application-based services such as application hosting, ASP, Web hosting, collocation and ASP.
