Specifically firms that grow faster reuse more. Not bad, but all reuse doesn’t pay off equally. In a study of reuse in over 1000 firms, we have identified what types of reuse work. Peter will present a framework for reuse, a self-assessment tool and examples of effective practices from several case studies. He will conclude with a discussion about how to increase reuse to help improve firm performance engaging participants to share their effective practices. |
