Mark McCrindleSince 1960, the demographics of Australia have radically changed. The population of our nation has doubled, yet the birthrate has halved. Generation X (born 1965 – 1979) and Y (born 1980 -1994) combined represent more than 42% of the population and 62% of the workforce. They have different characteristics, attitudes, values, and priorities than preceding generations. To attract, retain, manage and lead these employees we must first understand them.

Based on the latest Australian research Mark will give insights into the generational diversity that exists in the community and the modern workplace. Attendees will be equipped with the understanding and communication skills required to more effectively relate and engage with Generations X and Y, and empowered to better manage and motivate these emerging leaders.
