| Product: | | Emerson Network Power Launches New DCIM Products for Access and Control Avocent® DSView™ 4 management software provides access and control of IT equipment in a data center via Avocent appliances, internal service processor technology or the new Trellis™ platform appliance. The new Trellis platform appliance provides KVM, serial or service processor access in a single RU appliance as well as provides real-time monitoring data to the Trellis platform software. Access to the equipment gives the IT user remote visibility to devices when problems occur or maintenance is required. Once accessed, the equipment can be remotely controlled and configured. Through improved staff and equipment efficiency, DSView software has seen a six month return on investment. |
