David Randle is Executive Vice President of GHI Consulting Services. GHICS specializes in the business application of Enterprise Architecture (EA) through development of EA frameworks, processes, and supporting technologies. A key aspect of GHICS’s services portfolio is the use of EA disciplines in development of Strategic Planning methodologies in enterprise environments. Mr. Randle has a rich history of thought leadership in the development of Enterprise Architectures and extending them to support IT Strategic Planning efforts. He brings 30+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors and across a wide variety of industry verticals, from aerospace to entertainment. Mr. Randle holds a B.A. in Psychology and Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego; an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California; and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
