 In 2007, we identified eight key issues for enterprise architecture. These issues, if not addressed, will be disastrous for enterprise architecture teams, with a potential ripple effect into both IT and the business. Most key issues deal with non-technical concerns, and how each concern is addressed varies with each organization. In this presentation: we’ll explore each issue and provide approaches to addressing them based upon your organization’s personality profile characteristics. |
