Philip Allega
Philip Allega coaches Gartner's core enterprise architecture (EA) analysts in the development of Gartner's EA research. He helps clients realize the value of EA as a strategic discipline by focusing on business outcomes. Mr. Allega also covers how EA is integrated with enterprise program management, IT portfolio management, and IT strategy and planning. Mr. Allega has worked in EA for 22 years, 14 with Gartner, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. He is a Freeman of the City of London and a member of the Information Technologists' Company, a City of London livery company. His practical advice concerning IT management and EA is sought after by business and IT leadership teams in both public sector and Forbes Global 1000 organizations across Europe and North America.
