Many EA practitioners fail to demonstrate EA value. One simple yet valuable value communication technique that many surprisingly avoid is creating case studies that describe not just IT but business outcomes. In this workshop, attendees will create and critique EA case studies.

* Develop and present a case study to their peers for critique.
* What best practices can organizations take from these case studies?
