Rafi Katanasho is the IT and Business Service Management Evangelist, for Compuware ANZ. Prior to joining Compuware Katanasho worked for Proxima Technology, an Australian pioneer in the field of business service management, both as Principal ITSM and BSM Consultant and later as Sales Support Manager.
Rafi Katanasho has worked in the IT industry for over 13 years, with the last 10 years focusing on Business Service Management, Service Level Management and Performance Dashboards.
Rafi has an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Sydney and holds an ITIL Manager’s Certificate (ITIL Masters).
