Increasingly, IT departments are looking to use virtualization and powerful new processors to support data warehouses and data marts that can grow to meet the rising demand for information. In response, IBM has expanded the availability of sub-capacity and On Off Capacity On Demand (OOCoD) pricing to all editions of InfoSphere® Warehouse V9.5.2. Furthermore, the Processor Value Unit (PVU) limits for both Starter Edition and Intermediate Edition have been increased to accommodate demand.
InfoSphere Warehouse V9.5.2 also includes additional DB2 features (pureXML, Homogeneous Federation, Backup Compression) in every edition of InfoSphere Warehouse without extra charge.
