Helge Hess is responsible for IDS Scheer’s product and solution portfolio for Process Intelligence & Performance Management. Helge Hess graduated from the Saarbruecken University in Germany, with a Master of Science in Computer Science. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics (Summa cum Laude) and the Dr.-Eduard-Martin-Award from the department of Business Administration for his research concerning the reusability of software components. He has written numerous articles for books and magazines about Business Process Reengineering, Workflow Management, Performance Management, Virtual Communities and Organizational Analysis.
