Frank Brooks is Director of Data Management & Information Delivery and Chief Data Architect at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. He joined the company in June of 1986 to implement a data management function.
In 1986 he wrote a Data Resource Management charter and he delivered a Data Warehousing white paper in 1994. He then implemented an enterprise data warehouse and BICC in 1996.
He has spoken at numerous conferences, delivered webinars, and wrote or participated in numerous articles and case studies. His area has been recognized by awards from IBM & Cognos for excellence in data integration and business intelligence.
