With 32 years in the Railroad Industry, and part of a 5th generation railroad family, Blair Hanna has held various roles including IT, Marketing, Transportation Operations, Maintenance/Infrastructure, and ecommerce. He currently manages the Norfolk Southern customer-facing applications and EDI exchanges. He also represents Norfolk Southern on various rail industry committees to ensure railroad and intermodal interoperability, and standards for customer information. .
