 The focus of business process management initiatives and service-oriented application development initiatives are to create a more-agile and reusable set of processes in the form of services. But, the majority of services will only be as agile as the availability and consistency of data used by them. This will require a focus on the design and management of an agile information-driven architecture where master data management disciplines can be a key contributor. |
